Another day of shooting for Spike TV’s “Deadliest Warrior”

Full day today; another 8 hour day of shooting. At least I had some breaks today to get to try “Urban Warfare” – addicting game!
Spent the day with “Sugar” Rashad Evans and the Spike crew.
Back on diet again and start training hard again this week. December 12th it is at the Hollywood Park Casino!
