In London for Frank Trigg, who will be fighting at Wembley Stadium

Wembley Arena. A fight in England doesn’t get much bigger than that. On Saturday night, UFC Veteran Frank Trigg is facing John Phillips as the semi main event. It’s my 2nd fight in Trigg’s corner and as amazing as the 20,000 crowd in Israel was, I can’t wait to walk out to the corner and hear the passionate British fans! In addition, the card is stacked with top names in MMA. How about Maurila “Ninja” Rua in the main event against Tom “Kong” Watson - the man who defeted Alex Reid? Or Matt Ewin vs Ivan Salaverry?

It’s nice be back in my 2nd – or I gues 3rd – home (England). May is a beautiful time to be here! I’m also getting some training in myself and doing a couple of seminars on both Krav Maga and MMA.
